Marcia Fagundes has spent more than 25 years in the service of UHNW individuals and families — working across security, staff and operations management, professional organising, inventories, and interior design for private and commercial clients.

Originally trained in Brazil, Marcia earned her degree in Interior Design from the Federal University of Uberlandia (UFU) before completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Design Management at the University of the Arts London. She is currently completing a Diploma in Hospitality Management at the Swiss Alpine Center, alongside PRINCE2 Practitioner training.

Her career has taken her across Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Cyprus, France, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates — working inside some of the world's most demanding private households and commercial operations. She served as an interior designer remotely for a firm in Northampton, UK, from 2015 to 2018, and has held senior operational roles managing estates, staff teams, and complex international relocations.

Marcia brings an uncommon blend of creative instinct and operational discipline to every project. Whether designing a room, organising an archive, training household staff, or managing a multi-country move, she applies the same principles: discretion, precision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
